Unlike many Sudoku games, Sudoku Student will enable the player to select the appropriate level based on their skills. Each puzzle in both titles was hand crafted by Nikoli, the Japanese puzzle company that popularized Sudoku in the mid 1980s. For Sudoku beginners, Sudoku Student will feature a tutorial mode with how-to instructions on solving puzzles.
