NewsResume indicates THQ set to release two unannounced Wii U titles in 2012
THQ working on unannounced Wii U exclusive
With rumors of THQ cancelling their 2014 lineup and possibly going under now clarified (sort of), we can once again begin to speculate on future games from the company. Some resume digging has hinted that THQ is actually working on two unannounced titles for the Wii U, one of which is exclusively for the Wii U.
THQ Senior Producer Evan Icenbice's LinkedIn profile indicates that he is currently managing three unannounced titles set for release in 2012. None of the games have titles or dates, but it is shown that one of the two Wii U listed games is a Wii U exclusive.
The other unannounced title is for the Wii U, 3DS, Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360. The third game is only for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and DSi.
THQ has already confirmed that Darksiders II and Metro: Last Light will be released on the Wii U, with Darksiders II expected to be a launch title - so we can rule those two games out. On the other hand, Icenbice has worked on THQ's uDraw Studio for the Wii, so it could be possible that they are looking to bring a similar experience to the Wii U, better utilizing its tablet controller.
